Bernhard send me his dovel saw for fine tuning. So I needed dovel.
The 6mm bit was in the machine, but I didn't have 6mm dovels. So drilling again.
Better a few more dovel.
Do you see the coating, for protection in the store.
A little Aceton and the coating is history.
There was no set and the saw is filed rip cut.
I have a problem with the light for filing in my shop. This lamp gives me the rakes light but not enough.
20 tpi are fine.
The filing form a little burr on the underside of the saw. And I didn't like the feeling of "rip cutting" a crosscut dovel.
So filed a little fleam. And for the first time since a few years I made a big mistake. St steel ist softer that the one I'm used to file. So I recut the teeth 18 tpi crosscut.
I filed a biut of the etching....
Deburr the underside.
A coat of wax to protect while shipping back to Bernhard.
