Blatt entfernen - removing the blade

Beim Einkleben des Blattes ist etwas Schief geganen, es ist nicht ganz weit genug in den Rücken gerutscht. Also muss es wieder raus.


A mistake happened gluing this blade into the spine. It didn't go all the way. So it has to be removed.

Aufrecht in den Schraubstock spannen.

Hold in the vise.

Zange zum "Anfassen des Rpckens. Der wird heiß.

Pliers to hold the spine because it gets hot.

Vorsichtig mit der Pistole erwärmen.

Heat carfully with the heatgun.

Das hatten wir schon besser. Diesmal wurde das Blatt rund um die Löcher teas zu warm (das wäre kein Problem, solange dioe anlassfarbe nicht dunkellila ist) und das Blatt etwas verbogen. Da muss ich ein neues machen.

Sometimes it doesn't work too well. The spine is oik, but the blade got a bit to much heat (Noo problem at straw colour, no over heating) and bowed. I'll have to ma another.
